Access to Facilities
Most campus facilities are open to community members and visitors during normal business hours. However, residences that remain secured 24 hours a day require University identification or key access to gain entry.
Schools, residences, and administrative buildings typically assign responsibility for their maintenance and security to building superintendents or managers. Many schools and administrative departments have contracted with private security agencies to provide services.
In the event that your local building security is not able to meet your needs, such as in case of a lockout, the HUPD is available to assist you. Feel free to call (49) 5-1215 for assistance.
